Aubiose

Made from Hemp stalks, Aubiose is a completely different type of bedding and should provide you with savings in time and labour if it is managed properly. The bedding works by soaking up liquids in a small area, at the base of the bed. The capped layer that forms over this saturated material reduces the chance of wet bedding being mixed in with the dry. The top layer of the bed remains warm, soft and dry for the horse.

Bedsoft Original (Blue)

BedSoft Original is made from the very best wheat straw from our farms. Using the special BedSoft treatment process. BedSoft Original is easy to muck out, has a very low dust content, and is extremely unpalatable compared to traditional un-processed straw. It also produces far less muck!

From the manufacturers of Hunter Shavings, MEGA Flake is made from virgin softwood shavings, using sustainable, untreated sources. MEGA Flake has large flakes for maximum stability, enabling the bed to stay supportive, minimizing the risk of hock and joint injuries in the stable. It is dust-extracted and dried at sterilising temperatures to reduce bacteria and fungi.

 

MEGAZORB

MEGAZORB is a highly absorbent horse bedding that is manufactured from virgin wood pulp, a by-product of the paper making industry. Biodegradable and super absorbent, this product will drastically reduce the time and cost of mucking out and the size of the muck heap. Plus it’s easy on the environment too.

Nordic Wood Shavings

Pino Wood Pellets

The pine wood is compressed to form a pellet using only lignin which is naturally found in the wood to bind them.

Wood pellets make a lovely, warm fluffy bed that is very absorbent, being able to soak up to 3 times their volume in water, locking in odours too. The pellets are fully biodegradable and rot down quickly on the muck heap into a rich compost.

Snowfake Softchip

A popular alternative to traditional wood shavings. Manufactured from premium softwood, Softchip has several advantages:
